Purity is a full-service fundraising agency specialising in telephone and digital channels for charity and NGO fundraising. We work with clients such as Greenpeace, Prostate Cancer UK, and Air Ambulance organisations, focusing on supporter recruitment and development. We are a small team with a passion for fundraising, creating strong partnerships with our clients and providing ethical and exciting journeys for supporters.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Fundraising professional to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for fundraising and knowledge of the non-profit sector. Previous experience in a senior role in telephone fundraising, team leadership and account management will be essential. They will be a great communicator and team player, leading the Client Services team and the wider Purity team in delivering fundraising campaigns for amazing causes. You will be fully supported by the CEO and the wider Senior Leadership team. Our current Client Services Director will be working on a part time consultancy basis for a period after your start date to help ensure you have the support needed to settle into the role successfully. You will continue to develop the strong relationships we have built with our charity partners, evolving their telemarketing programmes, whilst growing and innovating to support their needs and organisation growth. The role encompasses all communication channels, working with the Digital Campaign Manager to develop digital and supporting communications.
This role is a Senior Leadership role, and we are looking for someone who has clear leadership qualities who has a passion not only for fundraising, but for ethical supporter focussed fundraising.

Account Management
• Strong project management skills

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead Learning on Screen’s digital development team. The CTO will drive technological innovation and execute a comprehensive product and technology roadmap, ensuring our digital products and services align with our strategic goals. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CTO will collaborate with key executives to advance our mission in post 16 educational media innovation. Job Description
The Partnership Officer will be a key member of The Hygiene Bank’s income generation team and wider central team, with a responsibility to help meet the needs of our existing partnerships and support in fulfilling the charity’s income generation plans and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
You will support the management of our brand and corporate partners, working with the Head of Brand and Corporate Partnerships. Your role will be to develop and deliver partnership strategies and stewardship plans for each account, to deliver against our objectives and meet income targets.

Job Purpose
BSR events are a key benefit to members and the wider rheumatology community, offering the very latest in science, innovation, research and cases.
Our events team deliver the award-winning Annual Conference (Manchester 28-30 April 2025) in a hybrid format to c2000 delegates, plus our Case-based conference (Leeds 5-6 Nov, in-person c300 delegates) as well as a programme of celebratory awards.
The Events Executive works alongside the Events Manager, Digital Events Manager and Head of Events to deliver our events. Working on a range of areas from registration, logistics, being the main point of contact for delegates and liaising with venues and suppliers. This is an exciting role for someone looking to get more exposure to different areas of events and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
Main responsibilities
Event coordination
- Coordinate the registration management process for BSR conferences, including: arranging our registration services, data management and reporting.
- Manage the events inbox, being the main point of contact for delegates for all queries.
- To coordinate networking sessions and taster workshops within annual conference.
- Organise logistical elements including award prizes, abstract poster submissions and processes, arranging site visits, accommodation, travel arrangements and expenses.
- Manage CPD accreditation of events and activities.
- Provide content for webpages and emails to keep delegates informed.
- Input into our event budgets by monitoring progress and providing financial reporting and reconciliation against income and expenditure.
General
- Be a core member of the events team by attending and inputting into all planning meetings, venue site visits and delivery of events onsite.
- Identify and contribute ideas on how to improve processes and ways of working.
Please note: This role will require travel, overnight stays and weekend work, for example at our conferences (6 day stay). About Brightside
Brightside is on a mission to help young people make confident and informed decisions about their future. For over 20 years, we’ve used technology to connect young people facing barriers with inspiring mentors. We deliver online mentoring programmes in collaboration with schools, universities, businesses and charities to provide young people with access to networks, online career information and high-quality mentoring.
Role overview
The Partnership Manager will oversee and deliver account management across our mentoring partnership portfolio. This role involves managing the partner experience across a range of sectors, including higher education, the third sector, schools and corporate partnerships. The post-holder will be responsible for onboarding new partners, supporting them in developing their yearly mentoring plans, engaging in regular communications to ensure we’re on track with our deliverables, and renewing contracts annually. Success in this role will be measured by key performance indicators such as partner satisfaction, partner engagement and meeting renewal income targets.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new partners and welcoming them to Brightside
- Complete annual mentoring project plans with all partners
- Provide account management for partners to ensure a positive experience
- Coordinate our partner engagement work (such as our partner forums and the partner satisfaction survey)
- Meet regularly with partners to monitor project deliverables and ensure we meet and surpass expectations
- Lead critical partnership meetings, including planning meetings, mid-point reviews and end of contract reviews
- Lead contracting and renewal discussions with partners to achieve renewal income targets
- Manage partner contracts and invoicing
- Lead the recruitment function for our London based mentoring project, working with schools to promote the opportunity to young people

The Philanthropy officer will contribute toward income generation through a portfolio of current trust and foundations, as well as by researching and engaging new opportunities across the philanthropy team.
Job Purpose
After a recent strategy review, the Philanthropy team is looking for a new Philanthropy Officer. The philanthropy team consists of a Senior Trusts and Statutory Fundraising Manager and Director of Income, and sits within a wider team responsible for Income generation. Among other tasks, the successful candidate will take the lead on a personal portfolio of Trusts and Foundations, which give at a level of up to £50,000.
The post-holder will have responsibility for small trusts mailings (postal and email) and online applications through funder websites under the guidance of the Senior Trusts and Statutory Fundraising Manager. The postholder will also be responsible for researching new and existing prospects and opportunities across the philanthropy team, using tools such as GrantFinder, writing reports for small trusts and foundations, and supporting events and donor meetings.
Whilst we begin to enjoy increasing support from Trusts and Foundations, we currently have a limited number of individual major donors, and are actively working to increase donors in both areas. While experience in fundraising is not necessary, we are looking for someone who is excited about the opportunity to build on their writing and engagement skills and to support the team in building an individual donor pipeline and develop relationships with new trust, as well as maintaining existing relationships through communications and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for a personal portfolio of donors, primarily Trusts and Foundations, giving at a level of up to £50,000;
- Responsibility, alongside the rest of the philanthropy team, for an annual income of £3m;
- Proactivity in identifying and researching new prospects and opportunities for the philanthropy team;
- Support with planning events, as well as briefing senior staff on key details and attendees;
- Keeping donors and prospects up to date with scheduled reporting, newsletters and key information about Mental Health Innovations and key projects they support;
- Ad hoc administrative support for the Income Team where required, including responsibility for monitoring and thanking lower level donations.
Essential Criteria
- Strong organisational skills to be able to manage a varied portfolio of up to 150 small trusts and foundations;
- Excellent written skills to be able to write compelling, concise and articulate fundraising applications and reports;
- Competent administrative abilities to be able to keep systems e.g. Salesforce and spreadsheets up to date, alongside using prospecting tools like GrantFinder;
- Exceptional time-management skills to be able to keep on top of all responsibilities outlined above;
- Excellent relationship management skills via phone, in person, and in writing;
- Strong communications skills and the ability to write and speak persuasively about Mental Health Innovation’s important work;
- Ability to distil complex data and statistics into comprehensive, clear reports for donors and prospects.
Desirable Criteria
- An understanding of philanthropy CRM systems and search portals including Salesforce and Grantfinder;

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative, project and event planning support to the Director of Network Programmes & Innovation. About the team
Kinship is in the third year of delivering the first national peer support service for kinship carers in England. We have created 145 peer support groups and supported and trained kinship carers to create and lead their groups in a way which meets their needs.
With a new contract from the Department for Education, we’re now entering a new phase of our service with a focus on:
- creating 90 new sustainable peer support groups in areas of most need over 21 months;
- sustaining and developing the current 145 existing groups; and
- providing support and help to build a sustainable and welcoming community for all peer support groups across England.
